Returns Policy

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with an order, the item can be returned within 14 Days from the date of delivery, for size exchange or refund.
All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

The customer should send a mail to:

TORRTORR TOYS, LDA - attn. cafekultur - Estrada Municipal 550, Nr. 38 - Fonte Boa Da Brincosa - 2655-498 Ericeira / Portugal.

TORRTORR TOYS LDA will then send an email to the customer with the address of the return. The customer should send the return with the courier recommended in the email sent by TORRTORR TOYS, LDA.

Additional duties, taxes and/or any additional charge(s) that the customer might have, will not be refunded by cafekultur.
In the case of return of the whole or part of the order, we will refund the amount that the customer has paid (excluding shipping charges).
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted.
Orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
For countries within the European Community (EC), VAT will be included in the refund.

Returns and exchanges must respect the following conditions:

• Item(s) must not have been worn, altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
• Items must be returned with all original packaging and other accessories received with the order. Returns must be packaged in the box sent by TORRTORR TOYS. LDA.
• we reserve the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent with the same courier as specified in the email detailing the return instructions.
• TORRTORR TOYS, LDA do not accept returns for storage chests of any type.
• TORRTORR TOYS, LDA will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions of the returns policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.

In the case of an effective cancellation, the mutually received benefits and any benefits (eg interest) surrendered. Can´t you give us back the performance received whole or in part only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. With the release of things, this does not apply if the impairment is only on the test - as they would in a retail store - is due. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a purpose by putting the goods caused by the goods as your property and everything that could reduce its value. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the cost of return if the delivered goods ordered and if the price of the commodity is the sum of not exceeding 100 euros or if you are at a higher price the thing is not at the time of the cancellation, compensation or an agreement agreed part payment provided. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. Non-transportable goods will be picked up. Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. The time limit begins for you when you send your cancellation or the goods, for us, with their reception.
