We use materials of the best quality in every respect. The steel is
food safe, timbers are seasoned and high class.
The choice of wood is sensitive. We buy our timber from trader who
supports the ecological treatment of raw goods, a trader who is
committed in a sustained forestry and a selective exploitation of
timber.
According to their demands, the surfaces are ground and polished. We do
not use varnish or paint, only natural wood oil to correct colour and
grain, if necessary.
